Be Ready

As Christians we should always be ready to share the Good News of Christ Jesus with others.

But make sure in your hearts that Christ is Lord. Always be ready to give an answer to anyone who asks you about the hope you have. Be ready to give the reason for it. But do it gently and with respect. 1 Peter 3:15

Don't be nervous about sharing God's plan of salvation with others; pray and remember the letters, A-B-C:

A- Admit

Admit to God that you are a sinner. Repent, turning away from your sin.

"For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God." Romans 3:23

"For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life." Romans 6:23

B- Believe

Believe that Jesus is God's Son and accept God's gift of forgiveness from sin.

"For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life." John 3: 16

C- Confess

Confess your faith in Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord.

"That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved." Romans 10:9-10, 13
