Solomon wrote we need to be able to hear and then speak the wisdom of God to others with accuracy.
I want you to trust in the Lord.

But make sure in your hearts that Christ is Lord. Always be ready to give an answer to anyone who asks you about the hope you have. Be ready to give the reason for it. So we are Christ's official messengers. It is as if God were making his appeal through us. Here is what Christ wants us to beg you to do. Come back to God! 2 Corinthians 5:20 (NIRV)We are ambassadors for Christ. If you’re a little rusty on the definition of an ambassador allow me to refresh your memory. An ambassador is a “diplomatic official of the highest rank, sent by a sovereign as its resident representative” (dictionary.com).
We are the official messengers sent out on behalf of Christ appealing to the world, "Come to God" or "Come back to God", whichever message is appropriate dependant upon the person to whom we are speaking. As Christians, our purpose in life is to share the good news of Jesus Christ. Be ready!
